RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days of purchase

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

Item/s must be in original condition
Item/s must not have been worn, damaged, exposed to smoke or altered in any way
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Toqos for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply contact us here with the email address linked to your Toqos order

(Please note that we will not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for damaged items. We will not refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost)

Toqos cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a trusted post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

Once a return is confirmed by us, we provide you our full return address

NOTE: You have 14 days to send back your item once we confirm your return

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS APPROVAL FROM TOQOS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization within 24 hours

If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We hope this never happens :) if you do receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing defect occur, please contact us immediately
