For all rings, if you worry it runs large, we offer a ring acrylic insert which can help shrink the size of a ring by 1-3 sizes
For all bracelet, if your wrist measures 1/2 inch larger or smaller from the size of the bracelet, usually we can help do minor adjustment so the bracelet will fit perfectly. Contact us here prior to purchase to make sure we do the adjustment before we ship the item
DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAYS?
Yes we do offer up to three months with biweekly or monthly payments
For example, for a piece priced at $3000, you can choose to pay:
1. Every two weeks: $3000/6 payments=$500 every two weeks for 3 months
2. Or monthly at $1000 every month

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer 30-days hassle-free return for all domestic US orders.
The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn, damaged, exposed to smoke, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Toqos offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
All returns can be sent back to our San Francisco location.
