This simple stamped sterling silver ring for men features a single medium oval seagreen Royston turuqoise cab with a dark brown matrix.

Royston turquoise is known for producing turquoise of bold color variations, ranging from beautiful soft blue to emerald greens. They can also come with a wide variety of matrix, such as golden brown, black, white, and more.

The Royston Turquoise Mine is located in the Royston mining district near Tonapah, Nevada. The mine is owned and operate by the Otteson family and is still in operation today.

Many artists love working with Royston turquoise as the beautiful colors of Royston allows their imagination to run wild.

Artist:
Calvin Martinez is a revival silversmith, creating classic, traditional styles of Navajo jewelry. He still uses many of the old techniques of silverwork, going so far as to shun commercially available sheet silver in favor of forged pieces, where old or scrap silver is melted down into ingots, then hand rolled into the necessary thickness for each piece of jewelry. His efforts have won entry into the finest shows and galleries, as well as some of the most exclusive private collections worldwide. Among his awards, first place at the prestigious Inter- Tribal Indian Ceremonial in Gallup, New Mexico.

We choose every piece of jewelry based on the value of the stone. Unlike most of the Turquoise on the market, the stone has to be high quality (not stabilized, not color treated and not reconstituted).
