Clustered Lime Green Australian Gaspeite Turquoise Dangle Earrings

  • $300.99

Stone:
These earrings are 100% handmade with lime green tiny gaspeite stones.

Gaspeite is an extremely rare nickel carbonate mineral, which belongs to the calcite group of minerals. Initially, it was discarded as a worthless byproduct of nickel sulfide mining. Most high quality rough these days are sourced from Western Australia or New Mexico, United States. The Australian Gaspeite is the most popular type amongst collectors and jewelers. Gaspeite is typically light green to bright limr-green in color, often accompanied by brownish veins of rock that run through the material at various depths. Gaspeite has recently become very popular among gem and mineral collectors, mostly credited to its rarity and its slight similarity in appearance to rare lime green turquoise.

Our Philosophy:
We choose every piece of jewelry based on the value of the stone. Unlike most of the Turquoise on the market, the stone has to be high quality (not stabilized, not color treated and not reconstituted).
We also love jewelry with unique character and great craftsmanship. What this means is that you are getting jewelry that is a showstopper and not to mention a great investment.
